This well‑equipped two‑bedroom holiday home offers a true home‑from‑home, with a spacious open‑plan living area ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea.

Woolacombe itself is famous for its award‑winning beach, with miles of golden sand, rolling surf, and unforgettable coastal views — perfect for everything from laid‑back seaside days to surfing and coastal walks.

With the lively village, cafés, and restaurants close by, and endless coastline to explore, it’s a fantastic setting for a classic Devon getaway.

 

ACCOMMODATION

A well‑presented two‑bedroom apartment just a short walk from the stunning sands of Woolacombe Beach.

The apartment offers a comfortable and well‑equipped space, ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxed coastal getaway, with a spacious open‑plan living, dining and kitchen area creating a true home‑from‑home feel.

Perfectly located within easy reach of the beach and village, it provides an excellent base for exploring North Devon. From surfing and coastal walks along the South West Coast Path to relaxing days on the award‑winning beach, there’s plenty to enjoy right on your doorstep.

After a day out, return to a welcoming space with modern appliances and comfortable living areas — perfect for unwinding and spending time together.

PLEASE NOTE: The properties are run by volunteers, and in order to keep costs affordable we do not employ caretakers or cleaners. Guests are therefore asked to leave the caravan clean and tidy at the end of their stay, just as you would expect when renting a property commercially.

    Comfort is at the heart of the space, with two large sofas providing plenty of room to unwind and enjoy that true home‑from‑home feel.

    Entertainment is well catered for, with a flat‑screen TV offering a wide range of streaming services and sports packages, along with a DVD player and PS4 for quieter evenings in.

    The dining area sits conveniently within the space, with a table that comfortably seats up to six — ideal for family meals or planning the next day’s adventures.

  • All bedrooms come complete with quilts and pillows.

    Guests are asked to bring their own sheets and covers to keep costs low.

    Master Bedroom - Sleeps up to 2 in a double bed.

    • Includes fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and a mirror.

    Bedroom 2 - Sleeps up to 2 persons in single beds.

    • Includes fitted wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, lamps and a mirror.

    Both bedrooms are located at the rear of the property with views out towards the sea.

    A king‑size inflatable bed is also available for occasional use in the lounge.

  • Fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.

    Appliances include fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, dishwasher and washing machine.

    A tumble dryer is also available in the garage.

    Kitchen contents include pots, pans, chopping boards, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and commonly used utensils.

  • The garage is set up as a board store with equipment available for guest use.

    Includes stand‑up paddle boards, soft top surf boards, body boards, skim boards and belly boards.

    Children’s and adult wetsuits are also provided.

    A trolley is available to transport equipment to the beach.

    Beach chairs, picnic table and wind breaks are provided.

    A Weber Go Anywhere charcoal BBQ is available.

    The TV includes on‑demand services such as Netflix, Now TV, Disney, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, BT TV and Amazon Prime.

    A PS4 and DVD player are also available.

In the heart of the village you’ll find a great mix of pubs, cafés and restaurants clustered around the main streets, making it easy to wander out for a coffee, a casual bite, or a laid‑back evening meal.

    For food lovers, there’s everything from seafood spots and family‑friendly places to beach cafés — and for something a little different, nearby Barricane Beach is well known for its Sri Lankan curry evenings served right on the sand as the sun goes down.

    When you’re not eating, the village is packed with the essentials and seaside staples, with shops and a buzzing surf culture, plus easy access onto coastal walks along the South West Coast Path
