Set in the beautiful surroundings of Sandy Bay, Devon Cliffs stands out as one of the largest holiday parks in the Haven family. With plenty of space and entertainment on offer, there's something for everyone — and the award‑winning beach is only a short stroll away. Guests can enjoy a fantastic variety of activities, from exhilarating Tube Slides and the high‑ropes Aerial Adventure to the ever‑popular Bungee Trampolines.

When it’s time to eat or unwind, the park boasts an impressive selection of food and drink options, including the much‑loved Slim Chickens, the stunningly located South Beach Café, and an on‑park J D Wetherspoon pub.

ACCOMMODATION

A well-maintained 6 Berth caravan on the flagship Haven site, Devon Cliffs!

Our caravan sleeps up to 6 people across 3 bedrooms, perfect for that family getaway.

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is Haven’s biggest park. It’s got acres of fun for you, situated in the gorgeous East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our caravan at Devon Cliffs provides a base for exploring the gorgeous Devon countryside. Devon is famous for, learning a new water sport and indulging in Devonshire delicacies at the South Beach Café on the park, it is ideally placed on the Devon coast and is a great location for a break!

PLEASE NOTE: The properties are run by volunteers, and in order for costs to remain low we do not employ caretakers or cleaners, and there is a responsibility on anybody renting the property to leave it clean and tidy when you leave.

The caravan is double glazed and benefits from central heating with radiators in every room including the hallway.
The living room has stand alone settees for that proper feeling of home.
A 40” UHD smart tv and PS4 along with numerous games and DVDs to keen you entertained. If that isn’t enough there are other games in the cupboards along with books, jigsaws and cards.
In addition to the central table there is a nest of tables that ensure everyone has somewhere to put their drink.
All bedrooms come complete with quilts and pillows.
Guests are asked to bring their own sheets and covers to keep costs low.
Master Bedroom - Sleeps up to 2 in a double bed.
- Complete with wardrobes, draws and dressing area.
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps up to 2 persons in single beds
Bedroom 3 - Sleeps up to 2 persons in single beds
- Both twin rooms have donlights for bedtime readinf, wardrobes and over bed storage.
We provide a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.
Appliances - Fridge / freezer, gas oven with grill, gas hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, steamer.
Contents - pots, pans, chopping boards, plates, bowls, cups, glasses (various sizes and wine glasses), cutlery and most commonly used kitchen utensils.
Outside is our store containing various equipment for people to use, including a beach tent, windbreak and games for the beach perfect for those summer breaks.
Inside we have a PlayStation 4 and a variety of games for guests to use.
Guests have full use of park facilities with our owners card.

Haven Devon Cliffs has both indoor and outdoor pools. With Multi-lane slides and flumes to keep the whole family entertained.

On site you have access to some fantastic dining opportunities including: JD Wetherspoons, Slim Chickens, South Beach Cafe, Chopstix, Papa Johns, Beach Bar, Cook’s Fish & Chips, Burger King, Sports Bar and more.
